1. Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to individuals who:
    • Are 18 years of age or older.
    • Submit a valid entry during the promotion period.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
  2. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Concept Trading are not eligible to enter.
  3. Participants must provide accurate contact information. Entries containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

To enter the November Click Frenzy Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Complete the official giveaway entry form on The Concept Trading website.
  2. Submit an original answer to the following question:
    “Are you a fast-moving trader, a patient setup hunter, or someone who relies on automation? Tell us your trading style and why it works for you!”
  3. Follow The Concept Trading on Instagram (@the_concept_trading).
  4. Like the official November Click Frenzy Giveaway post on Instagram.
  5. Provide their Instagram handle in the entry form so their follow and like can be verified.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

  • Be the participant’s own original response.
  • Clearly address the giveaway question.
  • Be respectful and appropriate.
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
  • Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Participants are encouraged to share their personal trading approaches and experiences. Responses do not need to demonstrate profitability or trading success to be considered.

The Concept Trading reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) GOAT Intern Account from The Concept Trading.

The prize is subject to the specifications, trading conditions, and applicable rules of the GOAT Intern Account at the time of fulfilment.

The prize:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Cannot be substituted unless determined by The Concept Trading.

The account is subject to The Concept Trading’s applicable program terms and does not represent a guaranteed cash payout or trading profit.

5. Winner Selection

  1. One (1) winner will be selected after the promotion closes on 30 November 2026 and announced on 3 December 2026.
  2. Eligible entries will be evaluated based on:
    • Originality: How genuinely the participant describes their trading approach.
    • Creativity: How thoughtfully or interestingly the participant communicates their perspective.
    • Relevance: How well the response addresses the giveaway question.
    • Reasoning: How clearly the participant explains why they prefer their chosen trading style.
  3. The winner will be selected based on the overall quality of their submission, not their trading performance, account size, or profitability.
  4. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

  1. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
  2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, The Concept Trading reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  3. The winner may be announced through The Concept Trading’s official website, email communications, and social media channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

7. Verification

Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to:

  • Verify their identity and eligibility.
  • Complete any required account registration or verification procedures.
  • Agree to The Concept Trading’s Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosure, and applicable GOAT Intern program rules.

Failure to complete the required verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Disqualification

The Concept Trading reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Submit multiple entries using different identities or accounts.
  • Use bots, automated entry systems, or other methods to manipulate the giveaway.
  • Submit plagiarised, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible responses.
  • Breach these Terms & Conditions.

9. General Conditions

  1. The Concept Trading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
  2. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The giveaway is a promotional activity and does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to engage in any particular trading strategy.
  4. The prize does not guarantee trading success, future profitability, or any financial return.
  5. The Concept Trading’s standard Terms & Conditions and applicable program rules continue to apply.
  6. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it is advertised.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with The Concept Trading’s Privacy Policy.

Information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfil the prize. Marketing communications will be sent only where appropriate consent has been provided or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
